There are three levels of physics, not two.
The classic level physics will be complete once we incorporate the quantum and fundamental levels into it.
Completing and tying quantum physics to classic physics is being worked on. They were combining the classic physics of Newton and Einstein with quantum-level physics. Once the three levels of physics are finalized, we can put the theory of everything in place.
The fundamental level of physics is foundational to complete the equation.
We outline this foundational first level of physics follows.
Physical transformations occur at the quantum level. The fundamental level of physics moves the randomness of the quantum level to the deterministic classic level of physics. It changes the mode of information from random to deterministic. The transformations are input-output in pairs of attributes, and it constructs the building blocks of reality.
All things are triune, with binary inter-actives.
The working model of classic/quantum/fundamental physics will produce ultimate solutions to such things as What is the nature of time? Incorporating gravity and quantum gravity into the trinity of things. The fundamental level of physics will explain all the deeper variables that are now hidden. Is dark energy eating away at the dark matter? How do dark matter and dark energy fit into the theory of everything?
