• Faith is upstream from morality, most of the time. The faith belief is an affront to reason, and rightly so. Satire and parody are two of a kind. Both are unkind. Despair can cause sickness unto death if you let it inside. A bad faith is worse than no faith at all. When faith leaves your stage, eternity will disown you. Religion is always a few years away from oblivion. Renewal is a constant need. Beliefs sometimes get swept away within cultural confusion. Keep the Church away from the State, and visa versa. Nothing good happens when the Pope teams up with the king. Both worlds get compromised, and the people will lose every time. A softer version of Christianity is the road to perdition. Churches should never become the latest fashion in town. Going one-on-one with God eliminates the middleman. You need a direct relationship with God and a church of your choice. Both begin with prayerful thoughtfulness. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist in God’s eyes. Conceptualize eventualities by using a proper point of view. Do it right; it is that simple.
  • You have a free ride through space and don’t even know you are moving. Quiet desperation need not be your constant companion. Tragedy silently stalks you, seeking an opening to take you out. Another one bites the dust. Fight to stay off the tragic slide.
  • Camus and Sartre were the hot literary duo in the 1960s. They both did some excellent work for a while. One contracted TB, but the other did not. One had a Borgot style; the other had no style at all. One was low class; the other one was high class. Both overrated their ideas in different ways. Their differences were hiding in plain sight. They couldn’t agree on which philosophies were right. To settle it, they parted ways. Justice for me, but not for thee always got in the way. At the time, Algiers threw off the French yoke with many FLN bombs. Suppression always has a termination date, but it is hard to predict. The Left looks for traitors, while the Right seeks out recruits.
  • The purity of action sometimes gets contaminated by reality. Separately, the duo put together pieces of the philosophical destruction caused by WWll. Intellectuals issue thoughts and sponsor causes. Cleaver talk is their coin of the realm.
  • Be selective when you choose to internalize an idea. There are many choices to be made. Beware of the collective opinions; they are often wrong. Instincts are used less often today. Practice your instincts with every passing day. Remember, pride has many pitfalls. Hidden structures abound. The forms of social transactions are many. Culture and society have different and similar layers, so beware of both. Objective values depend upon who is calling the shots.
  • I tried to see it your way, but that only worsened things. Conflicts in the mind kept getting in the way. I still want to be like me, and they want me to be like them.
