The installed software drove the creation of the first cell

Darwin made three critical mistakes. (1) Darwin dismissed mass extinctions as idiomatic expressions of a poor geologic record. (2) Darwin assumed that the diversity of a species increases exponentially over time, just like the individual species does. (3) Darwin considered biotic interactions the primary cause of species extinction.
There are three other flaws: (1) The universe hasn’t been around long enough for the geological timescale needed for complex life forms to evolve. (2) Darwin couldn’t explain how genetic variation can persist over an evolutionary time scale. (3) The evolution of cooperation can’t be explained by Darwinism.
Darwin’s theory started with the study of beak shapes in Galapagos finches. The theory begins with the premise that a population has trait variations. Diverse groups of animals have a common ancestor. Millions of species alive today arose from a single original life form through a branching process called specialization. (A structural adaptation of a body part to a particular function of an organism).
Overproduction in nature happens, and many do not make it to adulthood. Most species produce more offspring than can survive. Competition for food and space follows. Differentiation within a species happens. Adaptation means traits that increase suitability to a species’ environment will be passed on.
Darwinism makes statements about two different, though related, issues: (1) Organisms are related by common descent. (2) Evolutionary history shows that when lineages split from one another, these changes occur in each lineage.
The three critical omissions from Darwin’s theory are: (1) The origin of DNA. (2) the irreducibly complexity of the cell. (3) The scarcity of transitional species.
Evolution, after +150 years still remains a theory. It is stuck in the middle between fact and opinion. Scientists still don’t know how life evolved on earth.. Everything rests upon the theory of natural selection. Complexity did not randomly evolve from simplicity. If the selection is natural then it is natural evolution, so, proceed with the proceedings. Circular reason rules the theory. You are not solving the right problem. You are overlooking the fact that the Event Originator’s software is driving the gene’s natural selection process.
We now know that the genome randomly does gene deletion. Gene deletion is completely consistent with neoDarwinian evolution. Gene deletion will be inherited in the future generations. Ionizing radiation causes gene deletion, when a high energy particle collides with an atom within the gene. You are not solving the right problem. You are overlooking the fact that the Event Originator’s software is driving the process of life.
The process of evolution is a proven scientific fact. The biggest error in Darwin’s original understanding of evolution is his concept of inheritence. His idea of pangenesis was wrong. The real laws of inheritence were rediscovered in 1900. Evolution ignores the impossibility of a universal common ancestor arising naturally. The only diversity observed is variation within a type. There is no preferred direction in evolution. Evolution requires endless invention by nature. Natural selection edits what is given; it cannot invent. While genetics appears to be driven by the random motions of molecules, it is not. The installed sofware does the guiding. Some species advance a lot. Many other species didn’t advance much at all. Concentrating on one species is an invitation to confirmation bias. The first cell is thought to have arisin by the enclosure of a self-replicating RNA and associated molecules in a membrane composed of phospholipids. (Phospholipids are the main constituents of cell membranes). Actually, the installed software drove the creation of the first cell.
Ionizing radiation causes a gene deletion when a high energy particle collides with an atom in the gene. Predicting which gene gets deleted is impossible. We can’t know exactly where on the chromosome the particle will hit. Gene deletion will be inherited in future generations.
Darwinism doesn’t begin at the benning. In the eye, for instance, it starts with the existence of light-sensitive cells, irises, and lenses, while never explaining how they got there. Trust me doesn’t fit the scientific paradigm. The explanation of how the intricate and easily disordered components came together to form a single functioning organ is sketchey at best. Ditto for how the first eye, wing, and thought emerged. There are no good answers yet, to these questions. Gradual change, one accident at a time, doesn’t get it. Time for a new plan.
Mutation, random chance, and natural chance are fondational for the evolutionary theory of life. They are not in dispute. The Event Originator’s software modules control all of rhe evolutionary functions of life. Sepsrately, His software packages control and operate the universe.
