QUANTUM COMPLEMENTARITY. The complementarity principle holds that objects have specific pairs of complementary properties which cannot all be observed or measured simultaneously. An example of such a pair is position and momentum. The density matrix is a matrix that describes the quantum state of a physical system. It calculates the probabilities of the outcomes of any measurement performed upon this system. Nonlocality encompasses quantum entanglement. This refers to particles that interact at a distance. The principle of nonlocality in quantum mechanics says that quantum particles can know the states of other quantum particles, even at great lengths, and correlate their behaviors with each other instantaneously. It is instantaneous action-at-a-distance.
Entanglement is not a quantum phenomenon. It is a probabilistic phenomenon. It has both classical and quantum instantiations. Classical entanglement is entirely possible, provided that you’re uncertain about something in the universe. They call it correlation. Entanglement is nothing more than a state of correlation between two or more quantum objects.
Decoherence happens when different portions of the system’s wave function become entangled with the measuring device. There are hidden variables, but they are non-local. Such a theory wouldn’t get around Bell’s inequality, the inequality is correct, and the laws of physics are non-local. When particles are entangled, their waves travel faster than light. When quantum systems are in a superposition state, they can create a state of a complex system, starting with two particulars. The left-hand knows what the right hand is doing. Everything is entangled with everything else. Any random particle continuously interacts with its environment. It is entangled with countless trillions of other particles.
Entanglement is a natural occurrence in quantum mechanics. A set of particles have a shared, conserved property, e.g., the total angular momentum. You can never tell what a single particle’s angular momentum (spin) measurement will yield. But when a pair is entangled, the sum of their spins will reflect the applicable conservation law. The left always has a right. A state of correlation is always set up. A field is a geometric object that takes on a value for every point in space and time.

Quantum mechanics is the underlying framework for formulating physical theories. Dynamical operators are quantized. Quantum field theory is important anytime you’re dealing with a quantum theory of fields (relativistic or not). Quantum fields occur frequently in condensed matter physics and a lot of the biggest ideas in quantum field theory originate from condensed matter physics.
There is no limit to how many particles are entangled. Entanglement is what allows Laser Light to stay in a beam. Temperature is a field since the temperature varies from place to place and changes from time to time.
Particles can be entirely unlike each other and be entangled. For example, in a hydrogen atom, the electron and proton are entangled.
