1ST: The study of the scope and applications of structure and network relationships. 5th: The study of the highly complex relationship between science and technology. The theory and the instruments. The theory sometimes follows the discovered fact. (E=MC2 IS NOT AN EITHER-OR EQUATION), Answers can be an either-or choice or a combination of the two. Dichotomy solutions are often misleading. Polar thinking is out of favor. Reality can be independent of your personal experience. Plato et. al. did dichotomous-driven dialogues. Either-or was everything. Simplistic dichotomous thinking is outdated. Complexity rules reality. Collaboration and cross-disciplines now rule. With the growing focus on process, reality is better served by going beyond yes and no.
Some current theories: Humans don’t act, they only react. They can be shaped and conditioned. They’re only mechanistic. Instinctual actions rule them. Their overaction is usually self-monitored. They are reflective, mostly. Good luck with these theories.
