• Rationality isn’t always Socratic. Some forms of human behavior can’t be explained as being from the inside. Our vessels of knowledge sometimes get help from the outside. Strange events have a life of their own. Corruption and obscurity are always around.
  • Sly and ironic thoughts run around in my mind. Percursers to what is said bounce around in my mind before they are told. Sliced and diced ideas are assembled into spoken sentences intended to pass for facts or maybe not. Spurious conclusions sometimes enter in and often get thrown out. Hearers of the word need to sort things out instead.
  • The culture is upside down and running in circles within your mind. The streets are filled with rage as society comes tumbling down. Nothing on this Earth lasts very long. Undiscovered scandals are hidden from public view. Some of the truths must stay untold as the parade moves on.
  • The watchman in the tower is fast asleep; he’s dreaming of his yesteryears. Scenes of remembrance scroll across the theatre of his mind. • Starlight was shining from the West. The pale full moon was coming up. Illumination was growing in the dark. Winos make things more complex than they need to be. The cries of the circling vultures know they have a job to do.
  • The ignorance of fools tries to draw coherent conclusions from what they think appears to be. Few are shrewd observers. Human nature has limits built-in, you see. Sincere apologies are few and far between. Judgements often go awry. All symmetry has gone.
