The definition of woke changes depending on who you ask. Progressive Black Americans initially coined the term and used it in racial justice movements in the early to mid-1900s. One of its earliest uses was in a historical recording of the protest song “Scottsboro Boys” by Lead Belly. In that recording, it was used as a term about staying aware of the potential for racist violence as a Black person in America. The Black Lives Matter movement picked up the term in 2014. In 1921, various activists made Woke about climate change, health care, jobs, and social justice. The mainstream media immediately made “Woke” into a New Left battle cry. The Nazis would be proud of this achievement by the media.
To be “woke” politically in the Black community means that someone is informed, educated, and conscious of social injustice and racial inequality.
To the New Left, woke means implementing diversity hiring, shifting funding from police to community programs, encouraging LGBTQ identities, eliminating online lies, implementing reparations, eliminating whiteness in the culture, and changing our economic system. Woke people are critical thinkers; the masses do not have a clue. These identity-based social justice issues were pushed by the New Left and incessantly amplified by the mainstream media. The culture wars were off and running. The New Left and the media exploited LGBQ+ rights, racial equality, and their rights issues. Race, systemic oppression, gender, and sexual orientation were the weapons of choice. Bryon and Binkie were behind all of the movement. They won again.
White supremacy is the belief that white people constitute a superior race and should, therefore, dominate society, typically to the exclusion or detriment of other racial and ethnic groups. White privilege means innate white advantage. This causes racial injustice. White supremacy must be eradicated with malice and forethought. White supremacy is a global problem. Racial justice movements need the concept of white class privilege in addition to that of human rights and white supremacy. Again, Bryon and Binkie are invisibly leading the charge.
Marxism is a philosophy, while communism is a system of government based on Marxist principles.
How did humans arrive at Communism, according to Karl Marx:
Stage 1 Primitive Communism. The hunter-gatherer shared food.
Stage 2 Imperialism. The strong man ruled.
Stage 3 Feudalism. The aristocracy owned the land, and the peasantry worked the land.
Stage 4 Capitalism exploits the workers.
Stage 5 Socialism. A bridge to Communism.
Stage 6 Communism. The State owns and controls everything. Communism has never worked anywhere, anytime. The flaw in Karl’s plan was he thought the workers would own the means of production. In real-world communism, governments own the means of production. Either Karl was lying, or he didn’t have a clue.
Marxist communism has developed into many different branches and schools of thought, with the result that there is now no single definitive Marxist theory. (When something doesn’t work, you call it something else, and the scam continues until nothing is left to steal.)
Dialectical materialism is a materialist theory based on the writings of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. As a materialist philosophy, Marxist dialectics emphasizes the importance of real-world conditions and the presence of functional contradictions within and among social relations, which derive from, but are not limited to, the contradictions that occur in social class, labor economics, and socioeconomic interactions.
Within Marxism, a contradiction is a relationship in which two forces oppose each other, leading to mutual development. (Source Wikipedia).
This is the essence of the scam that keeps on giving.
