KRAUS (Markus Friedrich) Pastor at the Barfüßerkirche in Augsburg. He was born there on August 8, 1723, after completing his university and candidate years at the Barfüßerkirche, became a deacon after eight years, was senior of the Augsburg Evangelical Ministry in the last twelve years of his twelve-year pastorate, and died on January 7, 1772.
