Our Improbable Existence Is Not Evidence for a Multiverse

HOW WE GOT HERE:
The Big Bang Theory is the leading explanation of how the universe began. At its simplest, it says the universe as we know it started with a small singularity, then inflated over the next 13.8 billion years to the cosmos that we know today. Reconciling general relativity with quantum theory will be addressed next time.
Is the universe infinite in extent? Probably not. Einstein said that our universe is finite but lacking a boundary or outer edge. Our universe is not the only one, but many universes exist parallel to each other. These distinct universes within the multiverse theory are called parallel universes. There could be as many as 10^10^10^7.universes.
Math doesn’t lie, but liars can make maths lie.
Our universe before the big bang had a mirror image of itself, with the Big Bang (or the big bounce). The pre-bounce universe was conserved during the bounce. ( Illogical doublespeak, as in: “let’s proceed with the proceedings”). Another one bites the dust.
The devil said: “God didn’t create the universe; randomness did.”
Multiverses and parallel universes do not exist. Wishful thinking, however, does exist big time. Our Improbable existence is not evidence for a multiverse.

The probability laws say that multiverses are more than improbable.
The idea that our universe is the latest in a long line of temporally sequenced universes is also dead on arrival.
The odds of a universe like ours being compatible with life are astronomically low. A vast range of constants had to have precisely the values they have for life to be possible. The odds of life-compatible numbers coming up by chance is 1 in 10²²⁹. Winning the lottery seven times in a row has better odds. The fine-tuning of physics to produce life is not a capability of randomness. Also, the explanation of monkeys on typewriters producing a finely-tuned universe doesn’t fly either. Even if you have enough trained monkeys randomly typing away,
this tribe of trained monkeys ain’t going to start no show, no matter how many times they roll the dice. Seeing an untuned universe ain’t going to happen, by definition, so get over yourself. The possibility of a multiverse in which the constants vary in different universes seems to explain the fine-tuning. The parameter that is derived rather than fundamental doesn’t mean that it isn’t fine-tuned.
