Laws made randomly to be put in place to operate the laws of nature can’t happen. The constructor code is the  Transformation/computation agent that also replicates. In quantum physics, any set of two orthogonal states of a Qubit makes up information observable.  HOW TRINITARIAN PHYSICS WORKS:  ○ The laws of physics give birth to particles on the fundamental physics platform. From there, they move to the quantum level.
